How I work
By attentively listening to you with a non-judgemental attitude, I could help you to clarify and explore what is going on for you. I will approach you with an openness that will encourage such an exploration, respecting your own desires, feelings, thoughts and values in the process. Together we will try and make sense of what the areas of concern and difficulty are and how you can move ahead with a better understanding and awareness of who you are and who you would like to be.
I work with the flexibility of either a short-term (6-8 sessions), or a more open-ended period where there is no end date indicated at the beginning of the work, but with periodical reviews where we can discuss the direction of the work and how you would like to proceed, which could include working towards an ending or progressing further with the work.
